Breaking New Ground!

We wanted to open two new garden plots this year for new crop rotation and introduce some new items like Garlic! After digging the old plough out of the ground where the grass had grown over it from years of sitting in the field, I was surprised to see the blades were still in good shape. I was actually able to make some decent furrows considering I’ve never operated one before. What an amazing piece of engineering the plough is! We are hoping that we can get the soil into good condition before planting time which is fast approaching …
